Because your Prep Sportswear products are one-of-a-kind items created especially for you, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products produced as ordered
  • Free or promotional items
  • Bulk orders

We will accept limited returns for:

  • Items with manufacturer damage or defects
  • Items damaged in shipment

Please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-556-7502 or email us at customerservice@prepsportswear.com within 15 days of receiving your order so we may assist you.

We may ask for photo verification sent by email for Quality Assurance improvements.

Changes/Cancellations

Changes to orders must be made by 11:59 pm PT the same day an order is placed. Orders placed on a holiday can be changed or cancelled up until 9:00 am PT the following business day by calling Customer Service at 1-800-556-7502. 

Cancellations must be made by 11:59 pm PT the same day an order is placed. To cancel an order log into Your Account, find the correct order, click on the order ID number, and click on the "cancel" button at the bottom left side of the page. The status of that order will change to "cancelled".

Changes or cancellations on bulk orders are only accepted before 11:59 pm PT on the same day the order is placed.

Shipping Options

You can choose from USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select. If you request shipment to a PO Box, APO or FPO it will be shipped via USPS. If you request shipment to an international address it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

On rare occasion we may experience delays in our production process due to, but not limited to, unforeseen increases in demand, holidays, third party vendor logistics, work stoppage, power failures, inclement weather, or other variables that could adversely affect the daily operations of Prep Sportswear.

USPS Priority Mail

All orders are expected to be completed in 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Customers can expect delivery 2 to 3 days (excluding Sundays) after an order is complete. Therefore, it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 6 to 8 days. An email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped.

UPS 2nd Day Air

All orders are expected to be completed in 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Customers can expect delivery 2 business days after the order is shipped. Therefore, it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 7 business days. Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number is available by viewing Your Account.

UPS 3 Day Select

All orders are expected to be completed in 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Customers can expect delivery 3 business days after the order is shipped. Therefore, it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 8 business days. Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number is available by viewing Your Account.

UPS Ground

All orders are expected to be completed in 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are estimated to take 1 to 6 days to deliver; therefore customers can expect to receive their order in 6 to 11 business days, depending on the destination. Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number is available by viewing Your Account.

International Orders

We do ship orders to international addresses. International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International and usually arrive in 6 to 10 days after your order has finished production.

When ordering from Prep Sportswear, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note: customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to APO/FPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail. To ship your order to an APO/FPO address follow the below steps at checkout

Choose United States in the drop-down box for "Country". All APO/FPO addresses must select United States as the "Country"

Enter APO or FPO in field for "City"

Enter the two digit region code (AA, AE, or AP) in the field for "State"
