    We like our cinch bag
    We had ordered this bag and within a couple months, one of the two rings where the straps go through came loose and popped out. I e-mailed and told customer service of my concerns and the PS representative was kind enough to work with me and send me another bag. I truly feel like this had to be a factory defect and surely hope this new bag that I received will last a long time.Thanks and we love your products and have received great customer service.
