This particular scarf is probably the tenth or so that I have purchased from your company. We bought them as high school graduation presents as more of a personalized gift and they were so well received. On one order, a customer service rep called to tell me that the color design I had chosen might not show up as nicely and suggested I just switch some of the colors which worked out perfectly. Yet another time, I received a notice saying the quality of embroidery on a certain scarf was not up to standards so they were redoing that order.
