I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service delivered by Chris
in your customer support department. We had a critical order for Trabuco Canyon Little
League that represents the launch of our new identity as a league that needed to be delivered
overnight. Chris found the order, expedited delivery, and consolidated our shipping to minimize
our cost increase.
One of the greatest criticisms of using PrepSportswear from our league was the fact that we
would not make as much money on our gear as we would if we had it made locally. However, without
a doubt, the value of the ease of ordering, the vast selection, and superior customer support
outweighs what we may make financially. PrepSportswear will make our identity thrive.

I just wanted to let you guys know that my dad LOVED his Olympia Red Devils sweatshirt!
He was so surprised and got a little emotional. One of the first things he said
was that he had to call his brother - so I'm sure we'll be ordering more! My family
