If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, which is provided in My
Account, just follow the links below. If you're not sure if your order has been
shipped, you can check the status in My Account.

After your order is processed you will get a confirmation e-mail that will provide
information on your order, including item description(s), quantity, design, as well
as a package tracking number.

7. What does it mean if an item is on back-order? Back to Top

Back-ordered items are items temporarily out of stock. Back-ordered items will be
shipped as soon as they are available. You will not pay additional shipping charges
for back-ordered items.

Payment

Prep Sportswear accepts PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Prep Sportswear does accept payment by Purchase Order.
First, however, you must create a user account and then prepare your order in your
shopping cart. Then, contact customer service and state that you would like to
place an order by Purchase Order. You will be asked for the email address you used
to set up your account. A hard copy of the purchase order will be necessary.
The purchase order may be faxed to 206.876.2810 or mailed to our office address.
There is a minimum order value of $500 for orders placed by Purchase Order.

Products are custom ordered, so we will charge your credit card once your order
is placed.

Enter your promo code in the Promo Activation window, located on the right column of
your school's or team's main page, or in the toolbar at the top of the category
pages.

Shipping & Returns

We begin processing your order immediately. Our goal is to have the order shipped
from our warehouse in 5 business days. Weekends, holidays, and unusually
high-order volume periods can sometimes cause delays in the shipping process. When
you order an item, and it is out of stock or back-ordered, we will ship it to you
as soon as possible. Please check our shipping section for more information.

You can choose to send your package via FedEx, UPS, or the United States Postal Service. Please
see Tracking Your Package for more information.

3. What if a product is sold out? Back to Top

Prep Sportswear attempts to display only available products in
our stores. Nevertheless, some products may become unavailable shortly after your
order has been placed. When this happens, you will be notified via e-mail that your
product is on back-order. Therefore, it is important that you include a valid e-mail address
when ordering.
