Questions About An Order
Any requests for alterations to an order must be called in by 4pm PT,
the same day an order is placed. After which, the order automatically enters
our production process and can not be altered.
All orders placed on a weekend/holiday can be altered up until 9am PT the following
business day. You can check the status of your
order including tracking information by accessing
My Account.

Return Policy
Due to all items being customized, there is no guarantee for the opportunity of
resale. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed for all merchandise returned
or needing to be exchanged. We request that you contact us within 10 days of receiving
your order so we may provide you with a return authorization (RA) number . Returns
and exchanges will not be accepted outside of this time frame.
If an item is received damaged or incorrect from which that was ordered, we will
correct the mistake with no further charge to you or refund you within thirty(30)
days of receipt. Items received damaged must be returned with the original packaging.
