1. Why is there a fee to upload my custom design? Back to Top

This one-time fee covers the cost of converting your custom design into a design that can be used on
apparel. You only have to pay for the design to be converted once and it will be available on most
any of our more than 1,200 products.
|

2. What do I get for my conversion fee? Back to Top

Besides converting your design for print or embroidery, two design layouts are included in each fee.
You can choose whichever layouts you like, and additional layouts are only $1.99 each.

3. Will my design be available on all products? Back to Top

|
There are some products on our website offered only for print and others offered
only for embroidery. If you would like your custom design available on as many of
our products as possible, you will want to choose both the print and embroidery options.

4. How long before my custom design will be available for
purchase? Back to Top

Once your design is approved, it takes about five business days for your custom design
to be available for purchase.
|

5. Do I get to approve the custom design before it becomes
available for purchase? Back to Top

No. After you submit payment you will be able to view your custom design on our products
once the design has been converted. We are willing to accommodate design edits, within reason.
You will receive email notification when the conversion process is complete.

6. How can I cancel my custom design order? Back to Top

You have until 11:59 pm (Pacific Time) of the day you submit your custom design order to cancel it.
To cancel your design order, first
sign into your account, then choose the store for which you uploaded a design. Click on the
"Custom Designs" tab. Click the "Cancel" link next to the design image.

7. What will my printed design look like on the products? Back to Top

Your custom design will be converted into a one or two color printed design. You can choose
two layouts for your custom design with the initial conversion fee.
You may choose additional layouts for $1.99 each.

8. What will my embroidered design look like on the products? Back to Top
|
|
Your custom design will be converted into a full color left chest or headwear embroidered design.
You can choose two layouts for your custom design with the initial conversion fee. You may choose
additional layouts for $1.99 each.

9. Will my embroidered design be available on headwear? Back to Top
|
|
If you would like your embroidered custom design to be available on headwear you must
choose the headwear design template during the ordering process.
|

10. Can I change the color of my design? Back to Top
|
|
Yes. Once your design has been converted you can go to “Custom Designs” and click on “View”
next to your design. This will take you to a page with two dropdown boxes which will allow
you to choose the primary and secondary colors of your design. You can change your design
colors for each color of product we carry. Once you set the design colors for a product click
“Save” before you go on to the next product color.

11. Can I place my design in more than one team store? Back to Top

Yes, you can place your design in multiple team stores. Just go to "Custom Designs" and click on
“View” next to your design, this will take you to a page with a dropdown menu of stores for you
to choose. Click "Edit", choose the store and then click the “Enable” box for the designs you
would like to place in that store. To complete the process, click “Update”.

12. How do I delete a custom design that is not in use
any more? Back to Top

Go to the “Custom Designs” tab and click on “View” next to the design image. Click
“Edit” next to the menu that shows which store your design is assigned to and then
click the “Enable” checkbox above the design you would like to remove. This will
"uncheck," or disable, that design.The last step is to click “Update” next to the
menu with the indicated store. This design will immediately be removed from the store,
however, you may “Enable” the design again at any time.

13. Can I order more design templates after my design has
been converted? Back to Top

Yes. To order more design templates log in to your account and go to the "Custom Designs"
tab in "My Account". Next click on "View" next to the design you would like to purchase
more designs for and then click "Order More Designs" You will be able to order more designs
of the same type, or order embroidery if you have already ordered for print.
