If you have any questions about your order, please call us at 1-800-556-7502 by 4:00 pm
(Pacific Time) on the same day your order is placed. After which, your order enters our production
process and cannot be changed.

For orders placed on weekends or holidays please call us by 9:00 am (Pacific Time)
the following business day, at 1-800-556-7502. You can
check the status of your order, including tracking information, by accessing the
My Account page.

The best way to make changes to your order is to cancel it and place a new order.
You have until 11:59 pm (Pacific Time) on the day you placed your order to cancel it,
after which it enters our production process and cannot be changed. To cancel your order,
visit the
My Account page.

Return Policy:
|
Because your Prep Sportswear product was created especially for you, we can only accept limited returns.
Items with manufacturer damage or defects, items produced incorrectly, or items damaged in shipment can be
returned for replacement within 30 days. Damaged or incorrect products must be returned to Prep Sportswear.
|
You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order so we may provide you with a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted outside of this time frame.

We do not accept returns for correctly produced items, or free or promotional items ordered incorrectly.
