How Does It Work?
Our bulk ordering tool lets you see the savings in your shopping cart. Choose a product and design, click “Bulk Order Discounts” in Step 5, enter the quantity, and see your price immediately.

Bulk discounts start at 6 pieces for printed products, and 12 pieces for embroidered products.

1. What is a bulk order?  Back to Top
A bulk order is an order of 6 or more of the same printed product, or 12 or more of the same embroidered product. A bulk order can include different sizes, but the product, color, and front design must be the same. For products with back designs, you can add individual names and numbers to each.

To maximize savings on printed bulk orders, we will use the most efficient printing method which may include our regular printing process or screen printing.

Anyone can order in bulk. It’s perfect for individuals, teams, schools, booster clubs, fraternities, sororities, and any other group.
3. How do I place a bulk order?  Back to Top
Find your school, team, college, or Greek organization, then select the product and design you want. Click “Bulk Order Discounts” in Step 5. Enter the quantity for each size. As you enter quantities and sizes, your price will automatically adjust. Prices are based on the product, quantity, size, color, design, and whether the item is printed or embroidered.

You can order any printed item in bulk. Please note that to maximize savings on your bulk order, we will use the most efficient printing method which may include screen printing. If you place subsequent orders, the printing method may be different. If you have questions about how your order contact us at customerservice@prepsportswear.com.
5. What are my options for embroidered products?  Back to Top
You can order any embroidered item in bulk. Bulk discounts for embroidered products start at 12 pieces. Your bulk order price is based on the type of design, the stitch count, and number of colors.
6. How long does it take to get a bulk order?  Back to Top
The standard production time is 7 to 10 business days. Your delivery time will vary depending on which shipping method you choose at checkout. You will be notified via email when your order is finished and ready to ship.
7. Can I get free shipping on my bulk order?  Back to Top
Yes. Bulk orders of $499 or more qualify for free ground shipping in the contiguous United States. If you choose a different shipping method on a bulk order of more than $499, your shipping method will be discounted by the ground shipping cost.
8. Can I return a bulk order?  Back to Top
We can only accept returns on damaged or misprinted items. Since items in a bulk order are customized, correctly produced items are not returnable.
9. Can I change or cancel a bulk order?  Back to Top
Changes or cancellations on bulk orders are only accepted before 11:59 pm PT on the same day the order is placed.

To cancel your order, go to "My Account", click on the “Details” button next to the order, and click the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the page.

To cancel orders placed on weekends or holidays, contact us by 9:00 am (PT) the next business day, at customerservice@prepsportswear.com or 1-800-556-7502.
10. Can I pay with a purchase order?  Back to Top
Prep Sportswear accepts PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept GSA Smart Pay cards that feature the Visa or Mastercard logo. Military customers that are logged into their account with ExchangeOnlineMall.com can use their Military Star card upon checkout.

Prep Sportswear does not accept payment by Purchase Order.
11. How do I order samples?  Back to Top
We recommend ordering blank samples to determine the right size and fit for your group. To order samples of any of our products, go to the product page and select "blank" for the front design (you will need to scroll to the end of the design window to do this). Add the size(s) of the items you want to sample to your cart, then check out as you would for a regular order.

When you are finished with the samples, contact us at customerservice@prepsportswear.com or 800-556-7502 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once you have received the RMA, return the samples to us and we will refund you the purchase price, minus the shipping charges.

If you wish to see a finished sample, simply place a regular order for a finished product. Please note that the printing method may vary from your sample order to the final produced bulk order, and may include screen printing. Finished samples cannot be returned.
12. How do I order multiple products in bulk?  Back to Top
After you've added the first bulk order items to your cart, click "Continue shopping." Add as many bulk items as you like and purchase them all in one simple step.

14. What are the personalization features?  Back to Top
Personalization features depend on the product and printing method. Most printed products can be personalized with name and number on the back of the product.
15. How do I personalize the items in my bulk order?  Back to Top
On the product page, click the blue link in “Step 5” that says “Bulk Order Discounts” and enter the quantity of each size of item you wish to order. You can then click the “Use Roster” button that appears underneath the quantity boxes. This will take you to a back view of the product, where you can choose a back print style, and you will see a roster menu with boxes for names/numbers for each size item. Enter a number and/or a name in the appropriate fields. Select the back design you want and then click the "Apply" box. This will apply your names/number personalization to the entire order. When you are finished, click the "Add to Cart" button.
16. How do I find a previous bulk order?  Back to Top
Go to My Account and click on the “Previous Orders” tab. Your bulk order will be listed under the order ID number you were given at checkout.
17. Can I get the same discount on future bulk orders?  Back to Top
We are happy to work with you on any future bulk orders you may have. However, as our bulk pricing is based on many factors such as printing method, product, color, etc., we cannot guarantee price matching from one bulk order to another.
