This is a full-time job in our Seattle office that we are seeking to fill immediately.
|
|
We are looking for a talented; highly creative and motivated System Administrator. Our people are the most critical
asset and a key component of our business strategy, and as a result, this position offers the opportunity
for high visibility within the organization, and a chance to have real impact.
|
Specific responsibilities for the position include:
- Configure and set-up of Windows Server 2003 based networks and services.
- Maintain MS Exchange, Windows Server, and corporate Antivirus system.
- Maintain and monitor corporate disaster recovery procedures and plans. Create a back-up strategy and ensure that
back-ups are completed and monitor backup process to ensure readiness to fulfill disaster recovery plan.
- Manage, administer, and troubleshoot issues related to the MS Exchange Server.
- Maintain security policies, related to windows network and public facing web applications.
- Troubleshoot networking issues.
- Install and repair PC hardware, software, and related equipment.
- Test and apply software updates to desktops and servers.
- Monitor server system performance.
- Conduct and enforce network and hardware security.
- Interest in training, research, and knowledge of new information technology.
- Maintain and track compliance of regulatory requirements.
- To be a team player who’s open to new ideas and responsibilities/duties.
Specific requirements for the position include:
- 2+ years experience in system administration work.
- Must have experience with installing and maintaining hardware.
- MCSA/MCSE (preferred) or sufficient experience to demonstrate equivalent knowledge.
- Experience and solid knowledge on Windows Server 2003 and MS Exchange Server.
- Strong knowledge of IP based networks and equipment administration.
- Optional: experience with SQL Server 2005 administration and maintenance will be a definite plus.
- Programming skills (e.g., Windows Scripting) to automate network and server administration and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with good problem solving,
communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced growing company where priorities change.

This is a full-time job in our Seattle office that we are seeking to fill immediately.

We are looking for a talented; highly creative and motivated Senior Business Development
Manager to report to the CEO.
|
This critical role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, developing,
and executing strategic relationships in support of the business. The ideal candidate
will help drive the strategy and execution of the business model including developing
relationships with media/content sites, television networks, social networks, major
sports organizations, consumer brands and more. You will also play a critical role
in the acquisition of new users to the Prep Sportswear platform. The ideal candidate
will be able to quickly get their head around complex business concepts, generate
ideas for partnerships, and build relationships based on value to both parties.

Specific responsibilities for the position include:
- Responsible for the identification, assessment, and execution of strategic high
level relationships as well as the operational implementation of business development
agreements with content and technology partners.
- Manage all inbound Business Development contacts including the prioritization of
opportunities.
- Oversee market analysis and competitive activity in the personalized product industry.
- Establish relationships with counterparts in target markets/industries to bring
Prep Sportswear to top of mind as the destination for personalized products.
- Develop the financial/operating models that will be used to evaluate deals for revenue,
profitibality, customer and traffic growth.
- Work with internal teams to ensure organization understanding of Business Development
strategies and partner needs.
- Responsible for managing a group of associate and business development professionals.
- Responsible for high level business term and contract negotiations.
Specific requirements for the position include:
- 5+ years of experience in business development with an emphasis in media, entertainment,
sports, and technology. Must have identified and structured strategic partnerships
resulting in significant benefit to both parties.
- In-depth knowledge of the internet industry; its market leaders, industry trends
and who's who, especially within the B2C segment, is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build long term and lasting relationships
with key industry players.
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to lead through reports,
presentations and forecasts.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills: must be able to present effectively
at the executive level.
- Bachelors' degree is required. Advanced degree in Business Management is a plus.
